Megan was extremely patient and understanding. She took very good care of our baby (esp. handling while swaddling and giving a bath). Her swaddles were the best among all nurses and PCA staff that we encountered. Our baby took a liking for Megan (which is a good thing?) Megan behaved like she was a part of our family and took good care of the baby and us also. She explained all the medical stuff to us, answered all our questions (non-medical, general nursing questions also), and was highly proactive. She was awesome and sweet.
