Megan's selflessness is awe-inspiring. Whether it’s advocating for a co-worker, celebrating a colleague’s success, or quietly supporting someone in need, she is there.
I know I am speaking for many when I write this nomination.

Megan is truly like no other leader. For many of us, she is the heartbeat that keeps our team alive and thriving. She is the invisible thread that weaves through our team, connecting us all. When tensions rise, she is there, smoothing out the wrinkles. Her welcoming presence and offer of support remind us that we’re not just colleagues; we’re a family, and our leadership team is stronger because she is here.

Her enthusiasm, constant smile, and touch of humor make any project you work on with her not only manageable but fun to be a part of. Inclusivity isn’t a checkbox for her; it’s etched into her DNA. She makes sure everyone feels welcome. New leaders? They find a mentor in her. Seasoned leaders? She values their wisdom. And for those who are afraid to speak up? She amplifies their voices.

When it comes to project work, she is a force. She doesn’t just manage; she ignites. Those tough brainstorming sessions? She turns them into creative havens. Deadlines? She is like a gentle but persistent nudge, ensuring we stay on track. And when we hit roadblocks, she is the compass that points us back to purpose.

Beyond the hospital walls, she is the greatest friend. She is always there with a cup of coffee to celebrate the wins and support the lows. And when life throws curveballs, she is there—no judgment, just a listening ear. Her selflessness is awe-inspiring. Whether it’s advocating for a co-worker, celebrating a colleague’s success, or quietly supporting someone in need, she is there. She leads by example, showing us that true leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about heart. And hers is as large as they come.

Thank you, Megan, for being our anchor, our cheerleader, and our friend.
