Megan went above and beyond her job description, and she should be commended for her actions. She treated me like family and an old friend during a difficult time. My own brother and nephew were in the room when I emotionally fell apart, sobbing after deciding to take my father off oxygen and other measures. Megan was the ONLY one who asked how I was and comforted me. She was very professional in communicating my dad's status. She knew labs and prognoses along with our options. God sent me an angel in Megan McClay when I truly needed one.
