My mom went through critical times, fearing new respiratory failure that has changed her life. Megan was a light in the dark. At discharge, she helped make sure my mom felt comfortable and was well informed by reviewing all her medications and giving thorough instructions on care at home. She went the extra mile to make sure my mom had everything she needed. She really made both my mom and me feel incredibly at ease and at peace during one of the scariest times in my mom’s life. Megan is an outstanding nurse!
