My fiancé was diagnosed with AML and we have been in and out of Barnes Hospital ever since. The level of care at Barnes has been second to none throughout this journey, but Megan stands out in the crowd. She has rarely been assigned as my fiancé's nurse, mainly due to the fact that she spends many shifts as charge, but she is always there to help.
Any questions my fiancé or I have had, she has always helped us find the answers. I see her helping out patients and their families without a second thought whenever she is here, and always does it with a smile. Megan puts a smile on all the patients I see her interact with, and has made our time here as enjoyable as a hospital stay can be. Megan definitely deserves the extra recognition for all of her hard work!
