We were having a busy night and there was a patient who was crying saying she was scared. Megan was busy but took a few minutes and spoke to her so gently letting her know she was right there. She massaged her feet and spoke so caring. I see a lot of great nurses every night, but this really was one of the best moments! I hope if my family is ever here they receive that care.
