I can't say enough about Megan. Mom was life-flighted with a massive stroke. Megan was on when mom got there. She met with me along with the Dr. to explain that Mom needed surgery immediately to remove the clot from her brain. She made sure that the family was comfortable, had all needs met, and made sure we were informed of everything. She came to see and sit with me every day as I was very upset considering the circumstances. Every day she made sure I was taken care of and was being informed of everything that was going on. If I had any questions, she would answer them or get me the answers if she wasn't sure. Even when she was off for the day or evening, she made herself accessible in case I had any questions. I know she also checked with the nurses at times to see how Mom was. When things got really bad and we were having some problems with moving her to a nursing home she even helped the best she could. That never happened though because Mom passed away before any of that happened. Megan was a big help with everything. Without her, I don't know if I would have made it through some of this. She is a wonderful nurse and a wonderful person.
