While all the nurses were caring and compassionate during our recent visit, one stood out! I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care provided by one of your nurses, Megan Simon, during my daughter's recent stay at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in the postpartum side of Labor and Delivery.
My daughter experienced a challenging delivery, resulting in a C-section, and her newborn required intensive care in the NICU for several days. Throughout this trying time, Megan demonstrated an exceptional level of kindness, compassion, and expertise that significantly eased the burden on our family. Megan's dedication to her patients was evident from the moment she began caring for my daughter. She showed genuine concern for her well-being both physically and emotionally, and her presence provided immense comfort to my daughter and her husband during a period of great uncertainty.
