Megan Obermeier, RN
I came into the Emergency Room in severe pain from cancer and pneumonia. After getting admitted I was fortunate enough to have Megan as part of the excellent, caring Mercy team.
Megan made it much easier to communicate/translate her observations of me to the doctors and the doctor’s language to me. I am a very independent person that needs to stay in the know (meds, treatment, etc.). Megan understood that in me and it gave me great comfort understanding what was happening and what was going to happen.
She gave me room to relax and not be too rigid in her care. Her knowledge gave me comfort and her caring and understanding of my personal situation made it easier to relax.
