...During the patient admission process I would often hear about the patients' love for Megan. Often times then, and now I receive requests for Megan to put in the patient's IV or Megan to "build them a fort" in their chair-space. Every time she goes on vacation, patients ALWAYS ask, "Where is Megan?" After working with her for a week I understood why. She goes out of her way to help you in any way she can and she genuinely cares about each patient. See these things, like fort building, may not seem significant to most, but it is all of the little things that Megan does in her day that leave an impact on the patients and the staff. She gives 110% every single day and deserves so much more credit than she receives. She does all of this in addition to going to school full time. I literally do not know how she manages it all; school and work full time, and a family. She truly does "super-human" work day in and day out and deserves to be recognized for it.
