Megan Petersen, BSN, RN
Megan is an Angel. In life, everyone you meet makes an impact. Some people are pebbles barely scratching the surface, others are boulders changing you for having met them. Megan is a boulder. Because of Megan, I was able to get through some really tough nights. Every time I needed something, she was there for me.
From 2 am calls to the doctor, helping me change positions multiple times in a short amount of time, bringing fresh water, and bathroom trips, the list could go on forever. I always felt that if it was within her power, she would do whatever she could to ease my anxiety and pain. Always with a smile, Megan would even take time to listen to my stories and ramblings.
Every morning, she would tell me goodbye, and she would always greet me at the start of her shift. My stay was easier and pleasant knowing she was there. Thank you, Megan. You are in my top ten of nurses I know! Keep up the good work, you are one of the best.
