I recently spoke to a family/patient who had a perinatal loss along with a surgical emergency and was on a unit outside the WCCC. The patient requested perinatal loss support during off-hours and Megan visited her room, attended her loss need and brought her women's health experience to bear in ensuring excellent care for the patient who was extremely appreciative.
