Megan is a highly competent and professional nurse. What made my experience special is her listening skills, and answering my questions openly and honestly. She anticipated my needs and provided excellent service before needing to ask for it. She went the extra mile in caring for my diet during my trying times in which eating was a chore. Megan did the very special act of taking and doing my laundry when I was getting low in fresh clothes. Total dedication to her patients.

When I exhibited concerns her positivity and morale and upbeat attitude inspired me to keep going. Her communication skills are top-notch and second to none. She attentively listens to all my questions and provides clear and concise answers. It is hard to feel at ease in a strange location, especially during these Covid times but Megan just naturally puts one at ease through her caring and loving attitude. This VA hospital is very fortunate to have a nurse like her caring for us veterans.
