My family and I were attempting to FaceTime with our grandparents who are not the most technologically savvy people being almost 90. After many failed attempts, Megan offered to let us use her personal cell phone so we could all FaceTime. This was such a selfless act on her behalf and gave us a happy moment in a time of craziness, hospitalization, and pandemic chaos. She went above and beyond to facilitate a great patient experience.
