Megan Ratzlaff, BSN, RN, CPAN

Megan was assigned to my care team after getting a biopsy procedure. Her bedside manner was on track with the best I've ever received. The communication we were able to have with respect to my needs in pain management and recovery going forward directly contributed to my feelings of reassurance and confidence as a patient and for my wife as a primary supporter for me as well. Megan's knowledge, compassion, and professionalism are to be commended and seen as a standard for others to strive for.

I can say with confidence, as a United States Air Force Technical Sergeant, that Megan personifies one of our most important core values; "Excellence In All We Do." She will undoubtedly be a tremendous member of our state, and nation, for years to come as a healthcare professional.
