Megan is the kind of nurse that you want at your bedside. As her supervisor, I am able to hear the positive feedback from her patients. She is dedicated to her patients and ensures that they are comfortable and clean and that any concern gets communicated to the physicians. She advocates for her patients, being the eyes and ears of the physicians. Megan demonstrates loyalty to her profession as she is working on earning her EMT to volunteer in her local fire department. Her integrity is shown by the great care she provides and the accurate charting and documentation that provide a picture of the patient's hospitalization.
