Megan continued to keep up on the most recent research to be sure everyone stayed informed, assisted at the bedside in times of need, and showed endless support.
Megan has been nominated for the DAISY Award for her diligent work during the covid pandemic, leading the vaccine clinic, and always being a voice for bedside staff. Megan, along with many others, has worked to keep caregivers and the community informed, safe, and protected. Megan began this pandemic by communicating with staff in what we knew about covid 19, PPE guidelines, and encouraging everyone to do their best in a time of fear and unknown. She continued to keep up on the most recent research to be sure everyone stayed informed, assisted at the bedside in times of need, and showed endless support.
After a year of this, the vaccine became available and Megan worked to organize what seemed to be a flawless vaccination clinic. With so many positive reviews from the community, Megan deserves to be recognized not only for her commitment to our caregivers but also for her dedication to the health and wellbeing of those we come in contact with. Thank you, Megan, for always supporting our hospital, our network, and our community.
