Megan is always willing to help everyone on the floor and ensure safe and quality care is always a priority. She has helped me in numerous stressful situations and is excellent at maintaining calm and finding quick solutions. She is a great teacher and very knowledgeable of 5th floor and is an extraordinary asset!
Megan is a great role model and representative of 5th floor and nurses in general. She is always willing to help staff members. Patients are her top priority and she always ensures their needs are met by completing thorough rounds as Patient Care Coordinator. Her willingness to teach along with her patience has really helped me grow as a new nurse on 5th. Her energy positively affects patients and staff. She is a great team member and represents Altru well.
