Megan exemplifies what patients, families and healthcare providers look for in a nurse. Her professionalism is apparent the moment you meet her. She is respectful and kind to everyone with whom she comes in contact. When asking her about a patient, she will never reply "that's not my patient". She will immediately help with any patient or problem. She is compassionate beyond measure. Patients and families have requested that she come to the room to answer questions or visit, and she will drop everything to be there (even on her days off). If I was ever a patient in this hospital I would feel blessed to have Megan as my nurse. As a provider, I appreciate her attention to detail. She calls for clarification on orders and is prompt in relaying test results or other information. She is definitely a nurse that a provider can trust to care for their patients. I appreciate her hard work, dedication, and her commitment to patient safety.
