Megan actively promotes patient-centered decision-making, coaching MHOs to prioritize staff and patient needs while utilizing effective communication strategies, such as the CAREs model apology algorithm. She empowers her team by valuing their opinions and encouraging them to utilize their expertise in decision-making, project initiation, and issue resolution.
