Megan went above and beyond to help a family with teaching and learning their daughter's very complex care needs. Mother (primary caregiver) appears to have some cognitive delays and difficulty understanding and remembering the many cardiac medications and G-tube feeds, so Megan created an awesome color-coded poster board chart for the family to use. Mom expressed that she LOVES the board, that it has helped her remember everything and is so excited she can take it home to use, increasing her confidence and comfort in caring for her daughter. Thank you Megan!!!

Megan demonstrated caring and compassion, exceptional family-centered care and customer service, collaborated with the MD and social worker and treated the family with dignity and respect.
