Megan is always a wealth of knowledge to her fellow staff members and patients. She is always willing to jump in and help during emergent situations. Her patients are always giving her praise on her knowledge and compassion. She is the type of nurse all new grads should model their behavior after. I constantly look to her for advice. Her compassion toward our demise patients is outstanding. She treats these patients like they are family. She does a wonderful keepsake box for each family to help them cherish the moments they had with their baby. These mementos are something these patients will always have and hold close to their hearts.
