My husband was admitted to the eighth floor; he had cognitive issues and decreased endurance for mobility, and is at a high risk of falls and will eventually need inpatient rehab. Megan, the Night Shift nurse, provided seamless care in the same manner of care. Meghan received my nightly calls – let my husband know.

I got home an hour or more away, so he would not worry. She also provided education about some treatment options to help him with his incontinence and frequency that developed after his surgery. She was patient, informative, friendly, and cheerful. She answered any and all of my questions on the phone.

She displayed a dedication to their profession, a thorough grasp of the nursing skills needed specifically for neurologically involved patients, and had a calming and cheerful countenance. She is an extraordinary nurse! God bless her and all of her good work
