Meggie is an extremely caring and conscientious nurse! She took care of a patient and his family over the weekend, and on that following Monday the patient passed away. When Meggie found out about this, she came in especially early for a meeting on her day off. She took it upon herself to report to the division to check on the patient’s family personally, and offer support in a difficult time. This is not the first time Meggie has gone above and beyond in caring for others. She is an excellent nurse!

Meggie was always very prompt and professional. A specific story of Meggie’s extraordinary commitment to patient-centered care is when she fought for my best interest, which could have saved my life. She helped me get into a chemical dependency treatment center and gave me a level of care which I found to be above and beyond my previous experience.
