megan wells, RN, BSN

I am a clinical instructor and Megan had my students every week. Although she is a new RN, her bedside manner is one to be admired. Her care and compassion is beautiful to witness. She was also amazing with my students. She was exactly the role model I would hope for. She was so kind, friendly and encouraging - not to mention an excellent teacher. Each of my students reference Megan when talking about their clinical experience. I think she should be recognized for her commitment to students and her patients.
