Megan was overseeing patients the 1st couple of weeks we were in the hospital. She did not have us assigned as her patient. In the early morning when my son had a trach bleed, Megan was there immediately to make sure things were taken care of. She cleaned him in between the bleeding and took him down for an x-ray. Although she was not our nurse that evening she remained with us until the doctor completed the insertion of the new trach and the bleeding was controlled. After the incident, we had her as our nurse on several occasions which was a treat. She was very attentive to her duties and responsibilities.
