During one of my visits, I had an extremely unpleasant experience. Later that day, I received a call from the nurse checking on me after I had left the premises. When I narrated my experience she apologized on behalf of the clinic and offered me another appointment with a different provider, which was a sweet gesture. But she went that extra mile when I found her waiting for me in the reception on the appointment day. That is not all, she assisted me throughout that day to ensure I had an awesome experience this time. This thoughtful action made a huge difference to my journey at Healthhub and I will never forget her.
