Megha took care of my mother on two occasions. During the first encounter, she met me at the door (no visitors) to ensure my mother's home medications were received. She went out of her way to contact the physician and have those medications continued - which were very important to my mother. On the second encounter, visitors were allowed. Megha greeted me at the door with a smile (through her mask)and called me by name. I was so surprised how she remembered me. I was at my mother's side for two days, and she was her nurse. She went above and beyond to meet my 90-year-old mother's needs. She repeated instructions and explained what she was doing over and over to make sure my mother understood and eased her nerves. She did everything with a smile. She was beyond wonderful. She made my mother and I feel that we were her only patient when I know that she had many. She deserves the highest of praises and many, many awards. Despite all the challenges with the pandemic and the burnout you hear about on the news, Megha was outstanding and caring, and you can tell she was made to be a nurse.
