From the moment Meghan was assigned to care for V, we felt an overwhelming sense of calm. Her professionalism and evident commitment to the highest standards of care immediately reassured us that our baby, born at the threshold of viability, was in capable hands.
I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Nurse Meghan during our son V's challenging journey in the NICU. V was born at 24 weeks gestation and spent 139 days under the care of your dedicated team. As first-time parents navigating the complexities of the NICU, Meghan's support played a pivotal role in easing our anxieties and ensuring V's well-being.

Meghan's advocacy for V was truly remarkable. In a critical moment, she demonstrated extraordinary skill and intuition. With a simple position change, Meghan managed to reduce V's oxygen requirement from 80% to 40% within just a couple of hours. This swift and effective intervention not only showcased her medical proficiency but also a level of attentiveness and compassion that is truly commendable. Her proactive approach played a crucial role in steering the care plan towards a more favorable outcome for our son, as doctors were planning to put him back on the jet oscillator before Meghan stepped in.
We are forever grateful for Meghan's unwavering commitment to the well-being of V. Her exceptional qualities as a nurse – including her competence, compassion, and advocacy – have left an indelible mark on our hearts. Meghan's contributions to V's recovery have not only made a significant impact on our family but also exemplify the highest standards of nursing excellence.
Meghan helped us navigate this scary experience and feel more at ease during our son's entire 139-day stay. She embodies the qualities that make a nurse truly outstanding.
