Meghan Beasley, BSN, RN, PCCN

Meghan was nominated for this annual award by her clinical nurses. Her nurses state that Meghan is a wonderful nurse manager who cares for her staff as well as all the patients they care for. Meghan has not only been physically available for our staff but emotionally available as well. She makes her staff feel like they are family and always checks on them. Meghan is truly a leader who leads by example, and the staff on 4 South enjoy coming to work because we all know that our hard work and dedication to the unit are much appreciated by Meghan Beasley.
