You make sure our son is empowered and in charge of his journey by explaining to him every step. You are patient with me on days I have called more than once and emailed with questions. Always explaining the same thing to me in so many ways until I finally get it. You are an amazing nurse!! Hardworking, kind, sweet, thorough. Our family is truly blessed to have you. Can I also add during the whole pandemic you made sure we knew nothing has changed - you're still available and made us feel comfortable.
