The team on Mehandru 5 was amazing all throughout my stay. The staff were all top-notch but Meghan really stood out. She treated me not just like a patient in bed but as a family and as a person.
She was very patient with me. very thorough, thoughtful, and professional.
She was great in explaining to me the answers to my questions and followed through on my questions. If she didn't have the answers at that time, she came back with an answer after reviewing my chart. I didn't know what the tests are for, and Meghan explained everything to me in a way that I understand.
She was very understanding about my worries and truly went above and beyond. One thing that really touched me was that she came back to my room at the end of her shift and asked me if she clarified and answered all my questions and if there's anything else I needed.
