She is recognized for having excellent communication skills, being very enthusiastic about nursing, seeking out resources when necessary, and treating others with dignity and respect. She shares this same compassion and respect for the family members of the patients she is caring for. One of her peers stated that she is always trying to learn new skills and often makes herself available for overtime shifts.
