A nurse for two years (and a patient care intern for two years before that), Meghan was nominated for the award by a patient. The patient said: "Meghan is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met. The compassion and respect she showed me (and all of her patients) is one-of-a-kind. She took care of me and treated me as if I was family. That meant so much to me since my family was 125 miles away most of the time." Clinical Manager Darlene Doss said: "Meghan is a breadth of fresh air. She is a nurse that quietly goes above and beyond for her patients, and for all of our patients. It's obvious that Meghan really enjoys what she does."
