My husband's surgery was postponed two days due to complications, and Mel was his nurse during this time. Instead of this time dragging and being extremely stressful, he kept the mood light. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made us laugh and enjoy our time together in the hospital. He never made us feel like he was rushing and couldn't be bothered. He was very professional and my husband felt calm in his presence.
