Mehul, simply put, is the best nurse we have ever had. Every nurse we encounter from this point forward will be compared against him. His attention to detail, communication, follow-through, courtesy, respect, patient care, ability to think out of the box, and cleanliness was beyond impressive and are some of the key reasons we made the statement that he is the best. I felt like he viewed my father's care as if he were his father. A real asset to your team and we are genuinely in awe of his performance.
You should have all new nurses on the floor do side by sides with him, so we can promote this exemplary level of care, professionalism, and service. Thank you for making three days of our hospital stay easier because we knew my father's medical care would be consistent and the best available.
