When admitted with a stroke I was uncertain. Mel's positivity and nursing expertise was apparent as well as her genuine concern and empathy for me and my situation. She reassured me that I would improve, and this gave me hope and determination. Mel had visited me four times to encourage me. She's a gem. Everyone speaks highly of her.
