After 3 or 4 days of scary tests and a parade of smiling TMH faces, we met and were cared for by a true angel, Melaine. She is a new mom with a 3-month-old at home, yet she showed us passion for her position, excellence in her knowledge of the machines in the room. Integrity by being attentive and energetic throughout her shift. The respect she showed us was so calming and made even my wife less stressed. Melaine “Red” made us laugh, showed us cat pictures, and made his IV port waterproof for his 1st shower in days. Her calm voice also made the atmosphere somehow less hectic and loud. We are so grateful for her delicate care and kind demeanor. We hope she receives a wonderful treat, as time away from a new baby is so hard for a new mom. She never once made us feel that way; we just knew. Melaine was very experienced and walked with a confidence that helped us to build more confidence that we were going to make it through this scary episode with the help of our TMH Angel “Melaine”.
