My father was at Emanuel for an extended stay. Melania was instrumental in his survival and without her intensive, diligent care, I believe my dad would have suffered greatly. She was incredibly kind to him and me as well. The severity of his wounds was such that double amputation was a very real possibility.
He has been home, walking and only lost one toe. We are forever thankful.
