I was a ward clerk on Long Term Care when Melanie joined the Unit. Melanie is very detail-oriented, humorous, and always looks after her patients for their well-being and care. I have seen her go beyond the call of duty with her patients and tries to have a conversation with each of them to get to know them better.

My girlfriend’s grandmother was dying; Melanie made her feel comfortable and went beyond for all the patients no matter what she was there helping and making everybody feeling they are like family.
