Melanie Apostol went above and beyond in her patient listening and ability to bond with our mom. Melanie found the right mix of humor, firmness, and motivation with our mom, a retired nurse herself, who was often struggling to deal with her new stroke diagnosis. Melanie listened to our mom's often numerous complaints and followed up with phone calls to the MD and consulting other staff when needed. My mom felt confident under Melanie's care. My sister and I are both healthcare professionals who know excellence when we see it. Melanie is an excellent nurse and human. We are very grateful!
