Melanie was nominated by the daughter of a patient in a contact/precautions room. She expressed great appreciation for how frequently Melanie checked on her mother and the quick action she took to contact the doctor when her mother's breathing became a concern.
"She coordinated four different consults on one day for my mother and was extremely dedicated during two different shifts," she explained.
