In all situations, Melanie is a professional and very kind, affectionate person which makes for a good nurse. She is very comforting, patient-oriented, and gives good customer service with stern, solid information. During this time of the pandemic, she and her care partner were very cautious yet still pleasant, clean, and caring. I have no complaints, my experience here was not what I expected, I was nervous. I have been at home since March 2020 stuck inside, so when I found out I had to go to the ER I was very nervous. But this team calmed me and my family's fears with their expertise.
