Melanie Decker, RN

Melanie Decker has worked countless hours to make sure three clinics are running and in good standing even with how bad the staffing has been for a couple years after Covid and during. She was able to make it work. Her clinic in Fort Mill SC, has been #1 in the region in DQI for countless months, and in the other clinics she manages have improved dramatically all while the staffing was extremely limited! If it wasn’t for her, our patients would have been impacted significantly and our clinics would have been affected dramatically.

Her commitment to the patients and the commitment that she has displayed over these years I have been with the Village has been tremendous!! She’s worked early mornings just to make sure we can operate! The retention rate has been awesome for a couple of years under Melanie so she does everything for not only the patients but teammates too!!!
