Melanie Feick, RN

Melanie treated me like a son, patting me on the back, saying, “You’ll get through this.” She knew I was an addict going through withdrawal. She knew I had a severe head injury (fractured skull, brain bleeding). She knew I wanted to leave. It was Melanie who made me want to stay. All of the staff on TICU were amazing, but there is something about Melanie that stands out. I even said I was craving some candy. Moments later, she returned with a Hershey and Reese’s bar. Melanie is a true DAISY Nurse.
