Melanie has been employed as a nurse case manager at Venice Bayfront since 2015 and goes out of her way to assist her co-workers and serves as a preceptor. She is consistently professional and leads by example. Nurse Case Managers are not frequently recognized for their efforts, but I frequently hear compliments about Melanie and how she goes out of her way to help patients, caregivers, providers, and staff to navigate the healthcare system in a very compassionate manner. She is truly an unsung hero in healthcare!
