Melanie is a ray of sunshine in our unit. She works every other weekend on top of a full-time job elsewhere. Her knowledge, expert IV skills, and friendly demeanor make her an asset to our facility. She will voluntarily start IVs for nurses, help train new grads, and makes up a vital part of our team. She will go out of her way to make her patients happy and most importantly to improve her patients' health. We love her.
