Earlier this morning, I came to Evergreen for an angiogram procedure. I want to say thank you to everyone involved with my care today. Registration was fast and easy and I was brought immediately back to the procedure room. Everything was on time and everyone was professional, friendly and very helpful.
I want to give a special thanks to Nurse Melanie who was specifically in charge of taking care of me this morning. Hospitals are foreign to me and there's no doubt she could tell I was overly nervous. She had such a calming presence. She was polite, personable, professional, explained everything that was going to happen and did all she could to calm my nerves.
Melanie defines what an RN is supposed to be and went above and beyond any expectations I had when I came to Evergreen. Thank You.
