Melanie Ives, RN

Melanie has treated me with such care and compassion at a time when I needed it most. She listened to me with concern and I could feel the compassion in her heart. When I cried, she teared up with me. With all the concerns with the virus, all of you put your lives on the line. The staff comes and then goes home, but for us (the patients), we stay here in our rooms. We don’t get visitors. Nurses like Melanie help us make this situation okay. She is a beautiful person and an exceptional nurse!
