Melanie Jones, RN

Ms. Jones was one of the main nurses who cared for my Veteran brother. She constantly went “Above and Beyond” her duties by voluntarily calling me each day about his condition. I live out of state, and so does his daughter. Because we both work full-time, it’s sometimes hard to come over and check on his condition. Because of her constant contact and thorough description of his condition and progress, I was much relieved from stress knowing that I could depend on her while she was on duty. Everything that I asked her about my brother, as well as my suggestions, were taken into consideration and acted upon as promised. Thank you for having people like her taking care of our beloved ones when we can’t be there. Thanks to ALL of his doctors and other nurses on 5A.
